This years Met Gala included bold looks from many iconic celebrities. Styles ranging from bold silhouettes to futuristic tones. Every attendee seemed to go out-of-the-box when deciding what to wear. The theme of everyone this year consisted of technology inspired looks no one has ever seen on the red carpet.
1. Kendall Jenner
Jenner arrived in a sleek Versace gown with large side cut-outs. Icy blue and white essences filled the dress in a geometric pattern. The gown also included a trendy high neckline.

2. Taylor Swift
Swift shifted gears from lengthy hemlines to this rocker-chic metallic piece by Louis Vuitton. She also sported a new, intense hair cut to accompany the glamorous vibe.

3. Beyoncé

Many recent news reporters have been focused on Beyoncé’s interesting designed Givenchy dress. The nude colored shiny dress included beads at the top and then draped down. This is definitely a unique addition to the red carpet.

4.Katy Perry
Katy was almost unrecognizable at the Met Gala in her Prada gown. The pop singer chose a sky-high up-do to accompany her black velvet dress. The piece was decorated with gold chains draping down the bottom.

5. Gigi Hadid
As one of my personal style icons, Hadid hit the red carpet in a graphite Tommy Hilfiger gown with her boyfriend Zayn Malik. The dress included a unique neckline with a sheer bottom and a dazzling top, to complete the overall modern look.

 

6. Blake Lively
Blake strayed away from the metallic tones, and focused on pastel vibes. The Burberry strapless gown went for the romance theme with delicate flowers attached to the dress. The baby pink tones completed the overall look of the famous actress.
