Apple Cider Floats DIY

Turn a childhood favorite into a delicious cup of fall in the palm of your hand. This recipe is easy and can be made by anyone. Preparation and completion can be done in five minutes. With fall just starting, it’s time to cozy up and get a taste of the season.

Ingredients:

  • Ice cream (vanilla)
  • Caramel sauce
  • Apple cider
  • Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Put two scoops of ice cream in a glass. Drizzle caramel sauce on the inside, sides of the glass.
  2. Pour the apple cider until the ice cream is covered.
  3. Add one more scoop of ice cream. Drizzle caramel sauce on top, and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon.
  4. Serve cold with a spoon or straw

“I love to make it with my family when fall comes around,” sophomore Kortni Weldon said. “It really gets us into the holidays and season.”

This recipe is a great sweet drink to sip on with the family. It can be made in the comfort of your home or for any gathering.
