Some of the best ingredients for your hair may be found in your kitchen or local grocery store. Natural ingredients containing lots of vitamins and minerals can add shine, volume and even thicken hair and cause it to grow faster. Here are two mixes of ingredients to help hair become healthier than it already is.

Olive Oil and Honey Conditioner

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of honey

3 tablespoon of olive oil

What To Do

Mix the ingredients together until they form a paste-like mixture. Make sure your hair has been untangled before applying the mixture to your hair. Once those steps are done, apply the mixture into your hair from roots to ends. Applying it this way will make the process much easier. Wait about thirty minutes to an hour before rinsing the mixture out of your hair, using a shampoo and conditioner. Results will be seen just after one treatment of this DIY deep conditioner.

The olive oil has no impurities in it, which is good for your hair when trying to keep it as healthy as possible. The olive oil will help strengthen, grow and keep shine in your hair, and overall, make it become more healthy. Honey is good for hair because it is an antioxidant, which makes hair grow faster. So, if you’re looking for a way to do that, this could be the answer.

Coconut Milk

Ingredients:

1 avocado

1 cup of coconut milk

2 tablespoons of coconut oil

What To Do

Mix all of the ingredients together and let it set for about ten minutes. Apply to hair from the roots to the ends and let it sit for about fifteen to thirty minutes. After that, rinse it out with a shampoo and conditioner, and like the other deep conditioner, results will be seen immediately.

“My hair was shinier and softer right after I used coconut oil in my hair,” senior Emma Miller said.
Avocados can help repair damage done to hair, so it can be good for heat damage done to hair. Coconut milk has vitamin C and E in it, which is good for hair, nails and skin in general. Coconut oil provides shine and makes hair grow faster, too.
