Every basketball player is different, and so is what they keep in their bags. Some keep things like sneaker balls, pre-wrap and tape in their bags while others stick to the basics. Freshman Emily Pedersen fills her bag with the basics.

“I always have my basketball shoes for practice, my Gatorade water bottle and crocs for after practice,” Pedersen said.

White crocs are the team shoe for before and after games, because the team enjoys how united they look while wearing them.

Freshman Tiana Fox has the basics, along with a few extra things things.

“I always have a water bottle, extra socks, hair ties and my sweats,” Fox said. “I also keep Gatorade chews in there for extra energy.”

Sophomore Noor Abdellatif keeps some braces and other items in her bag on top of the basics.

“The most important items that I keep in my bag are my basketball shoes, basketball socks, practice jersey, shorts, knee pads and my knee brace,” Abdellatif said. “I keep my knee braces there because I tend to fall every five seconds and it helps support my knees.”

Every player keeps different items in their bags depending on their needs for the day. Although the players may have some similarities, every bag holds heir own unique items.
