Alex Ruano, Sophomore is getting ready for Spring Spirit Week.

Antioch Community High School is holding a spring spirt week from April 6 through April 10. Everyday of the week there will be jars in the commons during lunch periods for each class, every other hour they will be in the ILC and deans office. For every penny in your class jar is a point, for any other coin or paper currency inside the jar will take away points.  Half of the money raised will be donated to each classes cause.

For the color wars each class has been given a designated space to decorate in their color, classes are also required to and clean the designated space at the end of the week. A classes can also convince teachers to join their class cause by wearing the classes color on April 10 and decorating their class door.

The class colors are:

Freshmen- Green for missing children

Sophomores- Pink for breast cancer

Juniors- Blue for eating disorders

Seniors- Black for the wounded worriers project

The class that wins the color and penny wars will have all of the pennies donated to their cause.
