BRIEF: McIntyre’s Brother wins $10,000 award from ELLE magazine

Brian McIntyre, brother of Antioch Community High School special education teacher Kelly McIntyre, recently won a $10,000 prize for ELLE magazine’s People’s Choice Award. His work will be featured in the magazine.

ELLE magazine chooses a different arts school every year and they picked his senior class and they chose some of their designs,” said K. McIntyre.

With the money that B. McIntyre won, he plans to move to New York and start his own fashion business. Currently, B. McIntyre works as a design assistant for Katrin Schnabl.
