Antioch Community High School’s environmental club’s mission is to make a difference in and out of our school community. Recently, the Antioch Environmental Commission (AEC) sought out student input from the environmental club.
Sophomores Sandra Emmerling and Meghan Petrowski were selected earlier this week to the AEC.
The AEC suggests ideas to help out the community and make the environment a better place. Petrowski, a member of environmental club is in favor of the commission.
“We all get together and brainstorm ideas that we think will make the community better and then we suggest them to the board and hopefully we can make the town a better place by the little things we do,” said Petrowski.
