The ’90s trend restarted in 2016 with a hint of dark grunge, but in the beginning of 2017, the style got a new flavor. Forever 21 is a large influence on the pastel palette of colors for this year’s style. With sections dedicated to light pastel colors in mostly yellow, blue and pink, it is hard to pass up on looking like a bag of candy. Forever 21 also provides the perfect bags and purses for any ’90s space bun look–a hairstyle that has also been on the rise–with a holographic fabric or fantasy animal. The new trend has shown to be a hit in teens, who tend to be rocking this style as it becomes more and more popular during this year.
