The Fellowship of Christian Athletes club is collecting donations for Operation Christmas Child through Nov. 21. Operation Christmas Child is the largest Christmas project of its kind that is sponsored by Samaritan’s Purse International Relief. Operation Christmas Child uses gift filled shoeboxes to share God’s love with needy children around the world.

“What you do is you pick up a box and you fill it with things that kids need, because it goes to kids who don’t get Christmas presents,”FCA member senior Carly McCameron said. “It’s things like hygiene products, toys or school supplies, things they can use. Then we box them up and send it to kids who don’t get Christmas presents.”
