BRIEF: Sequoits Crush the Rush
The Antioch Sequoits defeat the Lakes Eagles 74 to 47.

On Saturday, Jan. 10, the Antioch Community High School varsity girls basketball team played Lakes Community High School at home. The team continued their winning streak by defeating the Eagles with a final score of 74 to 47.
Top scorers were sophomore Amy Reiser with 20 points and senior Shannon Zogran with 19 points. Although the Sequoits had trouble with fouling, they worked together as a team to dominate the floor.
With the win against Lakes, the team now has a winning record of 16-2. Come support the Lady Sequoits take on the Warhawks at North Chicago High School on Wednesday, Jan. 14 at 7 p.m.
