Bruised Up Bulls

The Chicago Bulls have had a rough couple of games playing against some of the league’s best teams. Last Wednesday, they played against the team with the best overall record in the NBA, the Golden State Warriors. The game was over in the first half, it was a blowout, and the Bulls ended up losing by 31 points. They had to play this game without their two superstars, Dwyane Wade and Jimmy Butler; due to an illness and a knee sprain. Senior Reece Eldridge is scared for the injury that has happened to Butler.

“I really hope he comes back soon because he is an All-Star and a vital piece to the team,” Eldridge said.

The Bulls also suffered a close overtime loss to the Rockets earlier last week. They did improve their season series record against the Kings to 2-0, with a big win on Monday night. Wade had a great game and performed very well in the final quarter, finishing with 31 points. This week should be better with two games against the Phoenix Suns and another against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
