The Sequoit Boys Volleyball faced off against Grant Community High School Bulldogs.

Junior Sean Bering said, “Going into the game, we were relaxed and confident. We had played Grant in the Lake County Tournament two weekends ago, so any nervous tensions were gone.  We knew what to expect.”

But soon, things didn’t go as planned. The first game ended with a score of 19-25 in favor of Grant. The Sequoits played their best, but due to a few errors, they were not able to win the second game. The final score was 20-25 Grant.

Bering said, “We were all pretty upset with the loss.  Knowing what Grant had to offer ahead of time, we knew what we had to do to improve our game in order to beat them.  Sadly, it just didn’t happen tonight and I think we were all pretty disappointed about this.”
