Principal Eric Hamilton spoke on the qualities that create poor leadership and their impact on people. “Ignoring people, not engaging anyone, holding grudges, anger, a lack of trust and ineffectiveness,” Hamilton said. “They all manifest into an unwillingness to change or receive feedback.”

She began her stand-up career in 2007 shortly after graduating college and moving to Los Angeles. “I love her and just how empowered she is,” Senior Emily Gardner said. “She's so confident in everything she talks about. She's putting all these issues out there and she's putting all these topics out there that other people don't want to talk about.”
