Tryouts: Varsity Softball Swinging Toward Success

This past week, the varsity softball team had a long duration of tryouts, competing to be on the starting lineup. Lasting six days, it was a tough week for the girls.
“It was a little rough for me, reason being out of the sport for seven months, but I did enjoy rekindling with everyone and getting back into the groove of things,” senior Avery Malicki said.
The team is excited to start preparing for their first game of the season, which will be at home March 12 against Cary Grove and hope to make history this year.
