Ohio mother, Nicole Allen, was shocked by a disturbing surprise in a toy she bought for her two year old daughter. Allen purchased a toy wand at her local dollar store, in Dayton, Ohio on Nov. 10. The toy wand gave off the impression of fairies and magic by the pink packaging and snowflakes, but little did Allen know what the toy was hiding underneath the foil of the wand. When the foil is peeled, underneath reveals a twisted and disturbing image of a girl with red eyes, bloody teeth, cutting her own wrists.

Allen was not too happy with the dollar store after purchasing the innocent looking toy aimed toward toddlers. Though the product was named ‘EVIL STICK,’ the cursive letters, pink sparkles and snowflakes would catch the eye of any young child.

“I want to know how they think that that is suitable for a child. There was barbie dolls on one side and baby toys on the other side, and these were right in the middle,” said Allen during a local news interview.

Store owner, Amar Moustafa, blames parents for not reading the label more closely.

“The name on it, says ‘Evil Stick,’ from the name I would inspect it before I gave it to my kids,” said Moustafa in a local news interview.

Though the toy is not suitable for young children, the “Evil Stick” is currently still on the shelves. As the holidays start to creep up, check before purchasing any cheap toy from the local dollar store.
