Purchase a pack of regular or colored clothespins. Paint the clothespin to match the colors of your room or to the color of your choice (if they are already pre-colored, feel free to ignore this step). Let dry the pins sit overnight or until they are dry.

Gather a string of holiday lights and put thumbtacks (or nails) in the wall at spots that are circled on the upper left picture. The light strings should wrap around the thumbtack and hang parallel to one another.

Print out your desired pictures and attach them onto the clothes pin, then onto the string of lights.

If all the steps above were followed correctly, then this should look like your final product.
