Gallimore Signs with Roosevelt and Takes the Next Big Step

This afternoon, senior Paige Gallimore set yet another milestone in her life. Gallimore took the next big step by signing with Roosevelt University of Chicago today. She will be playing girls basketball for Roosevelt starting her freshman year.

Gallimore started to play basketball in the fifth grade. It was not until her freshman year in high school that she decided that she wanted to play basketball at the college level. Gallimore’s first year on varsity was her sophomore year.

“I just love playing and can’t imagine my life without it,” said Gallimore.

The apple does not fall far from the tree, as Gallimore’s grandfather also attended Roosevelt.

Gallimore said, “anything can happen, but I think we have the potential to be really good.”
