Recent movies have grossed huge numbers in the box office, but keep an eye out for these upcoming releases.

In the recent weeks, movie box offices have experienced a surge of activity. Deadpool, Zootopia, and Batman V Superman are recent movies that grossed huge numbers in the box office. Upcoming movies are also suspected to gross high numbers worldwide. God’s Not Dead 2, Meet the Blacks, The Huntsmen: Winter’s War, The Jungle Book, The Boss, Money Monster, Free State of Jones, Captain America: Civil War, Keanu, Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising, and X-Men: Apocalypse are some of the most popular upcoming releases.

God’s Not Dead 2 comes out April 1st, and is about teacher that faces a court case after answering a student’s question about Jesus. Meet the Blacks also comes out April 1st and is a comedy about a man moving to Beverly Hills California on the day when all crime becomes legal for a period of 12 hours. The Huntsmen: Winter’s War comes out April 22nd, starring Chris Hemsworth, Emily Blunt, Charlize Theron, Jessica Chastain, and is a continuation of the first film, Snow White and the Huntsmen.

The Jungle Book comes out April 15th and is about a young boy raised by a pack of wolves. The Boss comes out April 8th and is a comedy about a wealthy mogul that always comes out on top, until she gets busted for insider trading and sent to federal prison. Money Monster is a drama starring George Clooney and Julia Roberts, and is about an investor that loses money on a stock tip and holds a Wall Street guru hostage. Free State of Jones comes out June 24, and is a drama starring Matthew McConaughey about farmers and slaves leading a rebellion against the Confederacy.

Captain America: Civil War is a highly anticipated action/super-hero movie coming out on May 6th that is a continuation of the previous Captain American and Avengers movies, in which the Marvel super-hero team becomes deeply divided. Keanu comes out April 29th, and features the comedic duo Jordan Peele and Keegan Michael Key from Comedy Central’s hit show Key & Peele. The film is about a man recently dumped by his girlfriend who takes in an adorable kitten that shows up on his doorstep, only to have it stolen. Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising comes out May 20th, and stars Seth Rogen and Zac Efron in a comedy about fighting off a disruptive sorority from the former party neighborhood. X-Men: Apocalypse comes out May 27 and is about the immortal Apocalypse awakening after thousands of years to create a new world order with the help of Magneto and other mutants.
