Boys Track Overview

The Antioch boys track team started their season off with a bang. Their first meet took place at Lakes Community High School. They scored just over 170 points, beating Lakes and Round Lake. After that, the boys dominated all the meets they competed in.

“So far in the season, the team and I feel like we are doing well. We have beat everyone in the conference since our outdoor season has started. If we keep up the good work, we may be the 2018 conference champs,” sophomore Treshawn Watson said.

Even though the boys are undefeated in their conference and won two invites, they still have a lot of room for improvement.

“There is always room for improvement. Everyday we’re getting stronger and closer as a team. We’re an amazing team and the only direction we’re going is up,” sophomore Ben Ticsay said.

The boys still have a lot of season left to go. Their next meet is an invitational at Crystal Lake Central High School.
