The Cincinatti Bengals take on the Los Angeles Rams this sunday for the super bowl title.

Superbowl 56 is on Sunday, Feb. 13, 2022. The Los Angeles Rams will face off against the Cincinnati Bengals. Currently, the Rams are 15-5, while the Bengals are only 13-7. Students and fans are getting ready for the big game. Grocery trip runs are being made and parties are being planned. The question, however, is who are you rooting for? Will you take the Rams side with Cooper Kupp, Aaron Donald and Jalen Ramsey, or the Bengals with Joe Burrow, Joe Mixon and Ja’Marr Chase?

From a poll posted on @SequoitSports Instagram account, the Bengals are the favored team in the Super Bowl. The poll results were 22 votes Rams to 65 votes Bengals. The Bengals took the poll win with a whole 75% while the Rams only had 25% of the votes.

“Joe Burrow is pretty good for being a young quarterback and Ja’Marr Chase is a rookie so it would be cool to see him win,” junior Kyle Behrens said.

Freshman Alex Bustamante disagrees with Behrens. Behrens believes that “although Joe Burrow is really good, Odell Beckham Jr. is going to make more catches.”

When Behrens was asked who the super bowl MVP would be he claimed it would be a very clear winner for each team.

“If the Bengals win, it will probably be Joe Burrow because he’ll probably throw for a lot of yards. If the Rams win it will probably be Aaron Donald,” Behrens said.

Not only will millions of people be watching the match-up between the two teams, but there are many getting ready to watch the famous halftime show. This year the performers are Eminem, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dog, Kendrick Lamar, and Mary J. Blige. It will be a very entertaining show and game.
